Hi and welcome to my blog! I’m a proud cat mum, author, editor, cat blogger, cat photographer and animal healer from the UK. I live in London with my rescue cat – a sweet and very wise tabby named Athena, who I adopted from Wood Green the Animal Charity in North London. Not only is Athena my cute little fur baby, but she is also my muse and soulmate.
Living in London is not ideal and my dream is to escape to the beautiful countryside (what’s left of it in this once green and pleasant land) and to open my own cat rescue sanctuary.
Though I love all animals, I am most of all a cat lover as I’m sure you have already gathered.
I am an animal advocate and am passionate about raising awareness to help end the suffering of as many animals as I can. Through this blog, I hope to do my best by sharing links that I think will be of help to other animal rights advocates out there. I am a vegan (have been for about 3 years now), but my cat isn’t and I would never ever force this diet on a cat. Cats are carnivores and need meat protein to survive.
This blog is about cats and other animals, the all powerful and precious love that is the human-animal bond, and nature. It’s also about the love of being creative. In my case – I write and take photos (and I sing, but this blog isn’t about that.
I really hope you enjoy reading my blog and find it as informative. I know there are many others who share my deep love for animals and I warmly welcome you to my blog. Together I hope we can make this world a better place for our furry friends.
Thanks so much for visiting and I hope to see you back soon 🙂
